Position: Spa Receptionist
About: Boyd Gaming Corporation, a premier casino entertainment company in the United States, is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Spa Concierge to join their spa team and uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age; 2 years college or equivalent experience; 1+ year employment in a spa/salon environment; retail experience a plus; superior sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; ability to type at least 40 words per minute; excellent communication skills; polished appearance and professional demeanor; ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends; preferred spa and computer knowledge; proficiency in English language; physically able to stand, bend, lean, walk for up to 10 hours; lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
