Position: Spa Director
About: Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, located in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a Director of Spa Operations to join their team. Monarch Casino & Resort, Inc. Atlantis prides itself on its exceptional dining experiences, sustainable practices, and top ratings in guest service.
Requirements: Ideal candidate must possess exceptional people skills, have a passion for guest service, an eye for creativity, innovation, attention to detail, and strong operational experience in a Forbes rated establishment. Proficiency in staff management, training, and current spa and salon treatments and trends is required. Computer proficiency is a must. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
