Position: Spa Concierge – Swing Shift
About: Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a detail-oriented individual to schedule services for both individuals and large groups using the spa reservations software system. The role involves confirming scheduled services with guests, answering inquiries about available services, updating the reservations/cancellations list regularly, and communicating effectively with the Concierge, Reservations, Hotel, and Shift departments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in computer software systems
