Position: Spa Concierge
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a luxurious spa destination, is seeking a dedicated Spa Concierge to join their team and provide exceptional service to guests for a relaxing and memorable spa experience. The Spa Concierge plays a key role in coordinating appointments, offering information on spa services, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit for all guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a high-luxury salon and spa preferred; experience in high-volume luxury spa or resort preferred; proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); polished appearance and demeanor; excellent guest and member skills; effective time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment; extraordinary attention to detail; ability to handle and resolve guest issues professionally; uphold integrity and standards of a regulated business; willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends; ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
