Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in reservations, guest services, or retail preferred; comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services; proficiency in handling point of sale operations and cash transactions; exceptional customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
