Position: Spa Concierge

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa-related roles preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products, or a willingness to learn; proficiency in computer software for appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks; flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
