Position: Spa Concierge
About: Responsible for providing courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival through check-in/out, booking, changing, or canceling spa appointments accurately, ensuring member and guest satisfaction in line with Forbes Five Star Standards. Supports a healthy team environment and delivers exceptional guest service at Boca Raton & Club.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent communication skills (English); CPR Certified; ability to think and respond quickly to issues or guest needs; ability to handle multiple tasks; computer literate and detail-oriented; good interpersonal, organizational, and professional skills; flexibility and adaptability; interest in health & wellness field; ability to sit, stand, stoop, or bend for the duration of the shift (at least eight (8) hours);
