Position: Spa Concierge
About: Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented individual to schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system. The role involves confirming scheduled services with guests, answering inquiries about available services, and maintaining an updated reservations/cancellations list under the guidance of the Concierge, Reservations, and Hotel Supervisors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service roles preferred
