Position: Spa Concierge
About: Aman New York, a luxury hotel located in New York, New York, is seeking a Spa Concierge to provide exceptional spa service to guests according to company standards. The Spa Concierge will be responsible for booking spa treatments, explaining services to guests, handling POS sales, and ensuring a professional check-in and check-out process for guests.
Requirements: 2 years’ experience in a spa, luxury hotel environment, or similar setting preferred; ability to stand for long periods of time; open availability to work weekends and holidays; positive, engaging, and energetic personality; able to be organized, manage time wisely, and work with little to no direct supervision; very high attention to detail; sensitive to cultural nuances; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; excellent people skills and ability to work under pressure with various stakeholders; ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies; multilingual is a plus
