Position: Spa Attendant / Concierge
About: Anatomy Sanctuary is seeking a dedicated Sanctuary Lead to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the establishment during prime hours. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of service and member rapport in the Sanctuary, demonstrating composure and professionalism in all situations, including conflict resolution and member supervision in various facilities like steam and plunge pools. Communication and cleanliness are key aspects of this role, along with assisting in locker room maintenance and operational excellence during peak hours.
Requirements: Bi-lingual Spanish & English speaking preferred; outgoing personality with a can-do attitude; excellent communication and member relations skills; minimum two years in a luxury service related industry, preferably with a Health Club/Fitness background
