Position: SOUS CHEF(FULL TIME)
About: Chartwells Higher Ed, a division of Compass Group, is currently seeking a Sous Chef for Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. This position involves helping the Executive Chef prepare and cook foods, coordinating activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assuming responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: Sous chef experience is required
