Requirements: An A.S. degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience; Significant progressive culinary and kitchen management experience, especially in corporate dining; Proven track record in high-volume, complex foodservice operations; Experience with unionized kitchen environments is highly desirable; Institutional and batch cooking experience is helpful; Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, email, and the internet; Must be willing to participate in client happiness programs and activities; ServSafe certification is highly desirable
