Position: Sous Chef – up to $20.50/hr
About: The Greenroom Lounge and Whisk, operated by HMSHost at Nashville International Airport, located at 1 Terminal Drive, Nashville, TN 37214, is currently seeking a Cook CD – Skilled to join their dynamic team. This position involves preparing cooked foods, managing various kitchen stations, and ensuring high-quality service to customers and associates in a fast-paced dining environment.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; 3 years of closely related cooking experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining environment; knowledge of HACCP standards; proficiency in food preparation including sauces, soups, sautéing, broiling, frying, and pantry; ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds; experience with kitchen equipment and tools; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a hot and fast-paced environment; supervisor/lead experience preferred
