Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of multifaceted culinary/kitchen management experience; proven catering experience is required; previous experience in fast-paced food service operations is highly desirable; institutional and batch cooking experiences are helpful; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation; must be experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet; must be willing to participate in client happiness programs and activities; ServSafe certification is helpful.
