Position: Sous Chef-The Springs at Lake Oswego
About: The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The establishment aims to provide dynamic and excellent customer service to residents and families by prioritizing high-quality food and dining service. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to uphold culinary standards and professionalism in the full-service kitchen setting.
Requirements: At least 5 years of culinary experience required; Culinary certificate preferred; Ability to work collaboratively with the dining team; Proficient in food sanitation, portion control, and special dietary guidelines; Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise kitchen staff; Adherence to food safety and storage procedures; Knowledge of menu planning and execution; Comfortable with kitchen inventory management; Familiarity with resolving food service complaints promptly
