Position: SOUS CHEF – THE MOON’S DAUGHTERS
About: The Moon’s Daughters, located high above the River Walk in San Antonio, is an enchanting indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge and bar recently named as the #1 restaurant in San Antonio by USA Today in 2021. Inspired by the Greek goddesses of the moon, the lounge and bar offer breathtaking views of the city lights and magical starry nights, with live music and DJ entertainment on weekends.
Requirements: In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations; strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills; experience in training, basic financial management, and customer service; proficient in general computer knowledge; culinary education and/or on-the-job training, hotel experience preferred
