Position: Sous Chef – The Langham, Boston

About: The Langham Boston, a prestigious hotel located in Boston, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to oversee the culinary operations for the Restaurants and Room Service. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to create innovative dishes while maintaining profit goals and ensuring high-quality food service for guests.

Requirements: Experience with menu development, costing, and recipe production; advanced knowledge of culinary technique and application; ability to adapt to changing demands in kitchen meal periods; minimum 2 years of Hotel or Restaurant Kitchen experience; degree in Culinary Arts preferred; 2 to 4 years’ experience in a 4-5 star hotel or independent restaurant in a kitchen management role; abides by local and national food safety requirements; ServSafe certification; legally authorized to work in the United States
