Position: Sous Chef – The Chandler Steakhouse – MGM Springfield
About: At MGM Resorts International, the SHOW comes alive with excitement, diversity, and entertainment. We are seeking individuals to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests at The Chandler Steakhouse, a fine dining restaurant within the resort.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume production or fine dining restaurant within a culinary role; prior supervisory experience in a fine dining restaurant or equivalent as a sous chef or similar leadership role; prior experience working within a casino, hotel, or resort setting; strong knowledge of steakhouse cuisine and cooking techniques; food & beverage and/or culinary degree or certification from an accredited Culinary Institute; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficient in Microsoft Office programs;
