Position: Sous Chef – Tempo by Hilton Times Square

About: The Tempo New York Times Square, a stylish 661-room hotel located in Times Square, steps away from restaurants, shops, and Broadway theaters, is seeking a Sous Chef to join its culinary team. The hotel features a variety of dining venues including a restaurant with a menu geared towards fueling the day ahead, a bar and lounge offering craft beverages and small plates, and an outdoor dining terrace with a view of Times Square. The ideal candidate should have a culinary background in a hotel setting, including experience in a unionized work environment, and at least one year of lead cook/supervisor experience.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary background in a hotel setting and unionized work environment; at least one year of lead cook/supervisor experience
