Position: Sous Chef Supervisor – Full Time – St. Mary Medical Center
About: St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Sous Chef Supervisor to join our team. The Sous Chef supervises food service workers to ensure that meal and food items are prepared in accordance with production plans. This role involves training workers, coordinating work for operational efficiency, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring personal safety. The Sous Chef also monitors kitchen operations, oversees meal service readiness, and manages colleagues on the tray line.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed; supervisory experience in a food service setting; strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
