Position: Sous Chef (Sportsbook)
About: Gila River Resorts & Casinos is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join their kitchen team under the supervision of the Executive Chef. The position involves actively supervising, coaching, training, and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain quality standards and ensure excellent guest service experiences.
Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in food preparation, management, or related field preferred; prior experience in culinary education or high-volume dining preferred; valid Gila River Environmental Health Food Handlers Card required; excellent guest service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills; in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Policies and Procedures and relevant regulations.
