Position: Sous Chef – Sports Bar
About: Penn National Gaming – Penn Entertainment, Inc. is looking for a Sous Chef in the Sports Restaurant to supervise food storage, preparation, production, and the Utility Staff, ensuring safe, efficient, clean, and sanitary food handling in all Food and Beverage areas. The position requires providing a high level of customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a culinary role; strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; excellent communication and customer service skills
