Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized training equivalent to 2 years of college; 2-3 years’ experience in Culinary Arts preferred; 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a similar situation preferred; must understand and speak the English language; ability to coach and mentor cooks and other kitchen help; ability to work afternoons and evenings, weekends, and holidays
