Position: Sous Chef – Sno Cafe and Deli
About: A well-known Casino & Hotel in Snoqualmie is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join their culinary team. The Sous Chef will report to the Chef de Cuisine, manage kitchen operations, and lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; three (3) years of culinary experience with at least two (2) years as Supervisor or Sous Chef; proven knowledge of proper food handling procedures; strong organizational and communication skills; computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
