Position: Sous Chef – Shreveport, LA
About: Compass Group, PLC is looking for a Sous Chef to oversee the successful operation of the Culinary Department for a facility. This role involves assisting in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of a variety of food items, as well as developing daily menu items and their preparation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or related certification preferred; proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a culinary setting; strong knowledge of various cuisine styles, techniques, and ingredients; ability to lead and manage a team effectively
