About: The Peninsula Chicago, a luxurious Five-Star Five-Diamond property located in the heart of Michigan Avenue, Chicago, is seeking a creative Sous Chef for their Shanghai cuisine restaurant to enhance their Food & Beverage operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale Chinese restaurant; excellent organizational and communication skills; strong attention to detail; ability to manage and work in a team, be creative, and motivated
