Position: Sous Chef – Salt Lake City, UT
About: American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is looking to add a Sous Chef to the team in their new training facility located in Salt Lake City, UT. This position involves creating meals for newly hired shipboard team members, prioritizing a first-class dining experience at every meal.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 5-7 years’ experience in full-service resort, hotel, country club & banquets preferred; familiar with food safety standards; capable of multitasking; ability to take direction; must be a team player; ability to work under pressure; problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and organization; ability to follow cooking recipes and directions; efficient time management; excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills; complete criminal background check; willingness to travel 10% of the time to vessels
