Position: Sous Chef – Ruscello – Ala Moana
About: As a chef on the Restaurant team at Nordstrom, you’ll play a dual role – part kitchen genius, part artist. You will complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program, lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking recipes, train and develop staff, and maintain a sparkling kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years experience in full-service, upscale restaurant management; passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service; solid written and verbal communication skills, basic accounting skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule; possession of a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
