Position: Sous Chef (Ridotto) – Bossier City

About: Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join their team and contribute to the success of their expanding organization. The Sous Chef will be responsible for supervising and coordinating food preparation and cooking activities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in restaurant management and supervision in a fine dining facility; a four (4)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience; ability to work in an alcohol and smoking environment; ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities or Live! operating standards
