Requirements: Several years of experience in mid to upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, high volume banquets, and catering at the Sous Chef level or above; standard Chef administrative skills including scheduling, purchasing, and budgeting; strong computer skills and some F&B financial knowledge; experience in overseeing union staff; dedication to food production quality and cleanliness standards
