Position: Sous Chef Position Salaried
About: Great American Dining is looking for a skilled Sous Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring a wow culinary experience for our guests. This position involves managing all culinary activities in the absence of the Chef and supervising the kitchen staff.
Requirements: Prior kitchen experience in a leadership role; two years of progressive experience in high-volume food production or catering; ability to adhere to recipes and portions, as well as participate in menu planning activities; excellent communication and presentation skills; physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and perform various kitchen tasks; availability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
