Position: Sous Chef Position Salaried
About: Great American Dining is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee all culinary activities for the restaurant in the absence of the Chef. The Sous Chef is responsible for leading and inspiring the kitchen team to ensure a exceptional culinary experience for guests.
Requirements: Prior kitchen experience in a leadership role; Two years of progressive experience in high-volume food production or catering, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
