Position: Sous Chef – Polaris
About: Polaris Community is currently seeking a Sous Chef to oversee food preparation in a kitchen for daily operations, special events, and catering. The Sous Chef will be responsible for menu development, food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures to maintain quality standards and budget requirements.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification preferred; proven experience in culinary roles, menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management; strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
