Position: SOUS CHEF – PLUM LOUNGE

About: Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee food preparation in an assigned food outlet, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with front-of-the-house staff to meet food service goals in a dynamic casino setting.

Requirements: Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis. Minimum of 8 years progressive food preparation experience or completion of a culinary arts degree or accredited apprenticeship with 4 years of progressive food preparation experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission. Successful background check and drug screening required. Must be at least 21 years old and able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts.
