Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent GED; minimum of 3 years in a similar position in an upscale banquet, hotel, or convention center setting with prior supervisory experience; state-issued Health Certificate and immunizations are required; technical proficiency and experience in food preparation methods; ability to interact positively with diverse personalities and develop staff; detail-oriented, able to work in a team-oriented environment and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; Serve Safe certified; knowledge of using computer software; ability to provide excellent service to customers; good sense of taste and smell; ability to lift, push, pull heavy objects; fluent in English
