Position: Sous Chef – Pastry
About: Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to oversee the team and production in the bakery, ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of baked goods and products for the resort. Limited remote opportunities may be available within specific departments.
Requirements: Education: Culinary degree or Chef’s Apprentice preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume bakery production facility; 1+ year of supervisory experience; Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Information: Experience working with chocolate, laminated dough, sugar art, cake decorating, and scratch baking (leavened dough) preferred.
