Position: Sous Chef – Part Time
About: BGCM, a culinary establishment, is in search of a professional Sous Chef to work part-time as the second in command in the kitchen, following the Culinary Director’s specifications and guidelines. The ideal candidate will utilize culinary and managerial skills to uphold customer satisfaction and enhance their dining experience.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in culinary science from an accredited university; ability to provide necessary licenses or certifications for food production and management as per local and state regulations; 3 years of formal culinary experience or food service management in a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen; proficient in using kitchen equipment, various cooking methods, food preparation techniques, and sanitation procedures
