Position: Sous Chef OEM
About: Bentleys American Grille at Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest is seeking a Sous Chef to collaborate closely with the Executive Chef in planning and overseeing food preparation in their high-end full-service restaurant. The hotel, located near Ford Lake, boasts air-conditioned guestrooms with luxurious amenities and features an indoor pool and hot tub for guests’ enjoyment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant; Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and company-approved software; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to work flexible schedules and handle high-pressure situations with a service-oriented approach
