Position: Sous Chef- Montecito
About: The Montecito Santa Fe, a luxurious resort retirement community with a private Clubhouse, restaurant, lounge, and catering, is seeking a Full-Time Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager to join their wonderful culinary staff and Executive Chef team. The restaurant has fully reopened after the COVID-19 closure, following strict safety protocols and with all residents and staff vaccinated.
Requirements: Minimum of 4 years professional cooking experience; availability on weekends and holidays; supervisory experience; ability to pass E-Verify; fully COVID-19 vaccinated
