Requirements: A.S. degree or equivalent experience; Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; Catering experience is a plus; High volume, complex food service operations experience; Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification is highly desirable
