About: As a chef at Nordstrom, you will play a dual role – part kitchen genius, part artist. Lead the kitchen crew in preparing tried and true recipes and weekly specials. Train, motivate, and develop the kitchen staff while focusing on business goals. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and readiness to pass quality standards.
Requirements: 2+ years experience in full-service, upscale restaurant management; passion for quality food and exceptional customer service; strong written and verbal communication skills, basic accounting skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible schedules; food handler’s card where required by regulations.
