Position: Sous Chef Management

The Sous Chef role at Snooze involves ensuring the highest quality food and standards in the kitchen, including purchasing, storage, inventory, and food preparation while upholding excellence in safety and sanitation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of operations experience and 1+ year of leadership experience in food and beverage industry; strong knowledge of food, beverage, and safety regulations; ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week in a standing position for up to 10 hours per day; effective communication skills and fluency in restaurant trading area language(s)
