Position: Sous Chef Management

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2+ years of operations experience and 1+ years of leadership experience in food and beverage industry; knowledge of food, beverage, and safety practices; ability to operate a cash register and Point of Sale system; excellent basic math skills; proficiency in the predominant language of the restaurant’s trading area; ability to work up to 10 hours in a standing position and 45-50 hours per week
