Position: Sous Chef/Lead Cook
About: Rose Senior Living – Farmington Hills is a senior living community that values hospitality and invests in its employees, currently seeking a hospitality-focused Sous Chef to join their Culinary Services Department team.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent education, training, and experience; minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings; strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices; proven experience in managing and developing a team; ability to adapt to residents’ dietary needs and preferences, including special diets.
