Position: Sous Chef – Kitchen

The restaurant is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the culinary operations and uphold the high standards of quality and service expected at this landmark establishment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Be ServSafe Certified; knowledge of allergies and dietary needs; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; extensive experience in various food cultures; ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends; excellent written and verbal communication skills
