Position: Sous Chef – Kachina
About: Kachina is a free-spirited, modern cantina located in the LODO district of Denver, inspired by the Four Corners region of Southwest America and Baja Mexico. As part of Sage Restaurant Group, they focus on building independent restaurants and lounges near their hotels, offering innovative, locally-focused food and beverage experiences. Kachina Cantina is part of a growing company with concepts nationwide.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; one to two years of experience in a related position; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices
