About: An upscale restaurant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join their culinary team and support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food while ensuring proper food safety procedures and profitability. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing the guest experience and managing quality in all aspects of the restaurant’s operations.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop a team; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution; stable job history showing upward career progression
