Position: Sous Chef job
About: Firebirds, a full-service restaurant and FIREBAR located in a high-volume setting, is currently seeking experienced Sous Chefs. Sous Chefs work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee back of house operations, food production, and team management. Responsibilities include butchering, portion control, ordering, inventory, scheduling, and staff development. The role also involves maintaining a positive kitchen environment focused on quality food and organization. Requirements: 2 years high volume, full-service restaurant experience in a management position; warm, passionate, and committed to the industry; excellent communication skills; ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure; self-actualized and motivated; self-discipline; maintained professional appearance; butchering experience preferred; scratch kitchen experience preferred
