About: University of Mary is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their team at 7500 University Drive in Bismarck, ND. This full-time position offers relocation and requires 2 years of culinary experience, reporting to the Executive Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of culinary experience; supervisory or lead experience preferred; knowledge of food and industry trends; ServSafe or Department of Health Certification; proficient in MS Office products including Excel; associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
