Position: Sous Chef job
About: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their innovative Signature Dining Programs, working alongside a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years full-service experience required; minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience required; must be able to work some weekends and holidays; be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds; ability to work in extreme temperatures, including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers
